    User Management

    The administrator role based users will have the permissions for complete user role and access settings management. The flexibility yet secured user management by different user roles in BEST PMO helps the organization to define the difference user groups, what they need to see or access and what they can update. The administrator or Project Manager can create individual user accounts and create different departments in the system and can assign the users for specific departments and teams. Administrator/Project coordinator can configure/set accessibility & permissions to the users, assign projects to Project Managers/Team leaders and can assign resources to them.

    Configuration and Permissions

    Email Preferences- Admin can set the preferences and settings of the application, user role settings, email preferences settings, alert and reminder notification settings from this settings dashboard.

    Task & Team Management

    Project coordinator can create the projects and configure the team (Manager, lead and resources) from his dashboard. The Project Managers can assign resources to their team leaders and can also assign tasks to leads and resources. The project Managers can define the scope of project and also define the milestones of the project using the information gathered as requirements. Project manager can also follow-up each individual resources tasks and their work schedules.

    Task Status Updates and Reminders

    The Project resources can update their daily works in the task status update forms that were assigned to them. The regular reminder and notifications will be sent to the users and team leaders, if any backlog or delay happens. The administrator can configure the email reminders and notifications sending preferences for all user roles from his dashboard.

    Time sheet & Attendance Management

    The integrated Time sheet feature helps the resources to record their activities and the task completion information in the Project Management System.
